Dark Deliveries: Our Shipping Policy
Greetings, seekers of shadow and style. At Cheap Disturbia Shop, we ensure your dark acquisitions journey safely from our crypt to your sanctuary. Our shipping methods are designed with the same meticulous care that defines our collections.
Order Processing
Once your dark tribute has been paid, our shadow dwellers require 1-2 business days to prepare your order for its journey into the night.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer two paths for your items to travel:
Standard Shipping – ÂŁ12.95
Your items will travel via DHL or FedEx, arriving at your dark sanctuary within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping
For orders over ÂŁ50, we offer complimentary shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain Asian regions and remote territories where shadows gather too thickly for safe passage.
Returns & Exchanges: When Shadows Shift
Even the most carefully chosen dark adornments may occasionally require adjustment. Our returns policy embraces this reality with the same dark elegance that defines our collections.
Eligibility Period
We accept returns and exchanges for items within 15 days of your receipt of delivery. This window allows proper assessment in the dim light of your sanctuary.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet these criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags still attached
- In original packaging with all protective materials intact
- Accompanied by the original packing slip or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
In keeping with the intimate nature of certain dark adornments, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jewellery (for hygiene reasons, as these items touch the skin directly)
- Women’s Footwear showing signs of wear or tried on outside on hard surfaces
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Cursed Collection”
The Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:
Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our keepers at [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]
- Your full name and contact information
- Order number and date
- Items for return/exchange with reasons
- Confirmation that items meet condition requirements
Our shadow dwellers will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Do not send items without this authorization.
Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags and protective materials. Enclose a copy of your packing slip with returned items circled.

Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds process within 5-7 business days
- Your refund issues to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You receive email confirmation once processed
- Allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
For exchanges of eligible items:
- Follow the same process as returns, clearly indicating you wish to exchange
- Specify desired alternative item(s) in your email
- If the exchange item differs in price, we process a partial refund or charge the difference
- Exchange items ship once we receive and process your return
International Returns
For our global patrons outside the United Kingdom, return shipping costs and any customs duties are your responsibility. We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” on customs forms.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We arrange replacements or refunds at no additional cost, including prepaid return shipping when appropriate.
